With over 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, engineering, and international business, he has been instrumental in expanding Unimech's presence across the aerospace, defence, semiconductor, energy, and industrial sectors. He has helped build long-term partnerships with leading global OEMs while driving the company's organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Rajanikanth is also leading strategic investments in emerging technologies, including indigenous propulsion systems and clean energy, reinforcing India's capabilities in advanced manufacturing and high-value engineering.
