Ms. Rashmi Gupta is a seasoned legal and corporate secretarial professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across sectors including AI-based HR solutions, IT/ITES and travel technology, consulting, law firms, manufacturing, and hospitality. She has handled a wide range of strategic and compliance-focused assignments, including IPOs, QIPs, mergers and acquisitions, audits, and corporate governance matters.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Chanakya Law College. She is a commerce graduate from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
